Why is my converted file different from the original?

Differences can happen if the source file uses uncommon fonts, complex layouts, or scanned images. If you share the tool you used and your file type/size, we can suggest the best workflow (convert first, then compress, or vice-versa).

Can you recover a file I uploaded?

For privacy and safety, processed files are not intended for long-term storage. Please keep your original files. If you lost a downloaded result, try running the conversion again from the same source file.

Do you support password-protected PDFs?

Some tools can’t process encrypted PDFs. If your file is protected, you may need to remove the password first (where permitted), then upload again. Tell us the tool you used and the exact error you saw.
